Exception Clause
This exception applies to any policy stating that personal information may be shared with third parties, affiliated companies, trusted service providers, potential employers, and clients for job placement purposes:
“…with the exception of not sharing information obtained by SMS opt-in and phone numbers collected for SMS consent.”
